• Subscription and Payment Information: Flyptz subscriptions may be processed through Stripe, Apple, or another supported payment provider depending on where the subscription is started. Payment information is processed by the applicable provider. Flyptz does not receive or store your payment card information.
• Apple Subscription Information: If you subscribe through Apple, Apple handles payment information and subscription billing. Flyptz may store limited subscription-related information, such as subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and subscription expiration dates to provide access to paid features.

Flyptz subscriptions and payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Apple. These providers process payment details according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Flyptz does not collect, receive, or store your full payment card details. We may store limited billing or subscription-related records, such as customer identifiers, subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and expiration dates, so we can manage access to paid Flyptz features.

4. Push Notifications

If you choose to enable notifications, Flyptz may send push notifications related to your account activity, such as form submissions, engagement activity, subscription updates, and important account notices.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

Please include your Flyptz account email address, your name or business name if available, and a clear request to delete your account.

When your account is deleted, Flyptz will delete account data associated with your profile, including profile information, digital card information, landing pages, forms, form responses, contacts, engagement records, QR code records, and uploaded images or files associated with your account.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping. Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after verification.
