Flyptz users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. Flyptz is operated by Best Partner Media LLC.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Flyptz account, email us from the email address connected to your Flyptz account.
What to include
Please include enough information for us to identify your account.
- Your Flyptz account email address
- Your name or business name, if available
- A clear request to delete your Flyptz account
Data deleted
When your account is deleted, Flyptz will delete account data associated with your profile, including:
- Profile and account information
- Digital business card information
- Landing pages and page content
- Forms and form configurations
- Form responses connected to your account
- Contacts and engagement records
- QR code records
- Uploaded images and files associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after we verify the request.
