Welcome to Flyptz, a product of Best Partner Media LLC. By accessing or using Flyptz services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Flyptz services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use Flyptz only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

3. Subscription and Billing

Certain Flyptz features require an active subscription. Subscription pricing, billing terms, and available plans are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's billing terms and may be managed through your Apple account settings. Subscriptions purchased directly through Flyptz are subject to the billing terms presented during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled in accordance with the applicable billing platform's cancellation procedures.

4. Intellectual Property

All Flyptz software, branding, trademarks, designs, logos, text, graphics, and related materials are the property of Best Partner Media LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Partner Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Flyptz services, including but not limited to service interruptions, loss of profits, or loss of data.

6. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, misuse the Flyptz platform, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of our services.

We may remove or restrict access to content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use and Content Standards

Flyptz is designed to help individuals and organizations manage their digital presence and customer engagement. You agree not to create, publish, transmit, collect, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, or misleading;
• Infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
• Contains threats, harassment, hate speech, or promotes violence;
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors or exploits vulnerable individuals;
• Promotes illegal activities or prohibited goods or services;
• Contains malware, phishing attempts, spam, or other malicious content.

Flyptz maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or objectionable content and reserves the right to investigate reports of misuse and take appropriate action, including removing content or terminating accounts.

8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of Flyptz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
